Mad Dog Alpha is an artificial intelligence-powered Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to process data, generate analytics, and provide informational research. We provide technology tools for data visualization and automated information processing.

3. Financial Advice Disclaimer

MAD DOG ALPHA IS A TECHNOLOGY AND DATA PROCESSING PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT A BROKER-DEALER, REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, OR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT.

All data, analytics, reports, and information generated by our AI agents are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained on our platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments. You assume full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions you make, and you agree that Flow Mind AI Inc. is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred.

4. User Accounts and Payments

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our site.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Mind AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the SaaS platform.

6. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You and Flow Mind AI Inc. agree to waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Connected Accounts (Plaid) & Data Accuracy

By connecting a brokerage or financial account, you authorize Mad Dog Alpha to access your account and investment data through Plaid for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Our access is read-only: we cannot place trades, transfer or withdraw funds, or make any changes to your account.

You acknowledge that account data, market data, analyst estimates, valuation models, and AI-generated analysis may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Service availability depends on third parties — including Plaid, your financial institution, and market-data providers — and may be interrupted or unavailable. We do not guarantee any investment results or returns. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
